Great Northern Railway had a huge fleet of 12 panel 40' boxcars.
InterMountain has how recreated these correct 12 panel body
style cars in N-scale with opening doors and free standing
details. While other manufacturers have put GN paint on incorrect
bodies ... for GN fans and purists -- this is the first time
these prototypically correct cars have been available in N
scale. BLW is pleased to offer exclusively these ready-to-run

lettering boxcars are available exclusively from BLW.
These were painted by the GN shops in 2/63 and are
available in the following 3 road #'s: 18051, 18247
and 18376. Models feature low profile roofwalks and

and large goat herald were painted in the GN shops
in 1969. This model is equipped with correct short
ladders on the "A" end of the car and no
