Advance Reservations

Brooklyn Locomotive Works accepts your advance reservations for announced items with future delivery dates. Special reduced shipping rates are often available on an item-by-item basis. Reserved items are shipped as received. In stock items cannot be held waiting for advance reservations to arrive. Brooklyn Locomotive Works reports suggested retail price and expected delivery dates as announced by the manufacturer. Both prices and delivery times are subject to change and beyond the control of Brooklyn Locomotive Works. Most reservations (unless clearly stated otherwise) are acceped with no deposits required. If you need to cancel an advance reservation, please do so via email before the item is shipped. You will receive a confirming email back stating your reservation has been cancelled. No reservation is cancelled until confirming email has been sent out. If you attempt to cancel an item and do not hear back from us in a timely manner, it is your responsability to contact us ASAP. Once a reserved item has been charged and shipped, shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
